A vacation rental home, located in Upstate, NY - to gather and escape the hustle of the city for any season.

This couple aimed to create a place to gather, that doubles as a passive income asset. This project had to answer the clients' priorities of energy self-sufficiency and a sustainable approach to new construction.

The goal for this project was to accommodate and permit future modifications over the life of the house with minimal cost. Our plan follows sustainability standards consistent with Passive House Design Principles.
